Kevin Delaney
Founder & CEO

Kevin Delaney founded Construction Jobs in 2002 with a clear goal in mind – to create an unforgettable brand that would be easily recognized as the “go to” staffing firm for both job seekers and employers. At an early age, Kevin embraced a few simple life lessons that have been the backbone of who he is and his success. First and foremost, treat others as you would like to be treated. Second, if you set your mind to it and work hard there is nothing you can’t accomplish. With these core values securely in place, Kevin is known to inspire those who work for him as well those he chooses to represent. Due to his outstanding track record, he has been fortunate enough to work on behalf of companies who truly understand that his objective, professional perspective can be instrumental to their organizations‘ growth, cost per hire and employee retention rate. Kevin and his wife Amanda reside in Quincy, Massachusetts with their two puppies, Lucky and Lady.

Mike Lacey
VP – Partner

Mike graduated from New England College with degrees in Communications and Sociology where he always knew that he wanted to help people in some fashion. This experience taught him how to communicate effectively in a business environment and eventually led to a job at Hoffman Recruiters. The simple concept of treating people the way you would like to be treated paralleled well with Mike’s personal values. For reasons like this, Mike’s opinion has not changed in the four years he has been with Construction Jobs Inc. and is happy and proud of where he works. Mike recently was promoted to Vice President – Partner of Construction Jobs due to his unparrelled desire to be the best he can be every day. You can’t teach this and Mike has it all! Mike and his wife Colleen reside in Melrose, Massachusetts.
